Over Valued CB 710 Irons

Keeping with its serious clubs for serious golfer roots, Titleist introduces the new Titleist CB 710 Irons featuring improved feel and looks. The Titleist CB 710 Irons are a full set of cavity-back forgings that deliver the looks, feel and performance highly-skilled players demand.

Forged from 1025 carbon steel with bright chrome plating, Titleist CB 710 Irons feature slightly longer, constant blade lengths, and a softer topline for visual confidence at address.

Titleist CB 710 Irons feature an optimized cavity muscle that provides more mass behind the impact area to achieve the quintessential soft, solid feel. This weighting also produces consistent launch angle, backspin and ball speed in order to provide precise distance and shot control demanded by better players. The full cavity Titleist CB 710 Irons also provides increased inertia and forgiveness versus the MB.

With the 710's very successful stablemate, the AP2, being more orientated towards golfers looking for a little more forgiveness Titleist have unashamedly aimed the 710 at the better player. With the more compact head, smaller perimeter weighting and sizable muscle pad in the cavity you expect a powerful flight and that is what you get.
High performance cavity back forged irons with improved feel, classic looks and superior shot control for the highly skilled golfer.

·         Improved, Solid Feel Optimized cavity shape and inner cavity muscle behind the impact area provide solid feel.
·         Increased Forgiveness Full cavity back set has increased inertia and more forgiveness versus MB.
·         Lower CG Long Irons Controllable, slightly higher ball flight versus MB.
·         Superior Appearance Softer top line, rounder profile for a classic, but contemporary appearance.
·         Higher Performance Sole Blunted leading edge and cambered sole for smooth turf entry and release.
·         Dynamic Gold Shaft High performance, tour-proven shaft provides player preferred feel, weight feedback and shot control.

The greatest strength of these Titleist CB 710 Irons is how precise you can be across a wide range of shots. From full shots to knock downs, there isn't a shot you can't play with them. They are absolutely as good as anything else out there. While the perimeter weighting gives you a higher ball flight than the MB versions it's still no higher than mid trajectory. The dual hosels, shorter in the long irons for higher flight and longer in the mid and short irons allow a controlled flight and there is no ballooning from the grooves. On the topic of the grooves, there are actual V-grooves in these Titleist CB 710 Irons which provide plenty of spin when nipping the ball off the turf but as you would expect with any club without super aggressive grooves, you run the risk of a flier when hitting out of the rough.
